Simplify, Simplify
Nearly two weeks into the move down out of management
and I still find it a little hard to let it go. A decade of
supervising people is hard to shake off. But I do find it less
hectic and calmer, and no doubt it will be easier to accept it
as I go along.
Mind you, I don't know how calm I'll be when the first check
as a non-supervisor shows, but let's be optimistic, shall we?
At least I seem to fall asleep easier. At my age, that's a real
plus. And maybe I can focus more on writing now that I have
less distractions and frustrations eating at my brain.
We'll see, won't we?
